This paper reports on the results of a quantitative analysis of the impact of snowfall on emergency transport, utilizing emergency transport data for northern Hyogo Prefecture provided by the Fire and Disaster Management Agency, as well as open data such as AMeDAS data and meteorological mesh data provided by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism. In the analysis, we report on the results of checking whether differences in emergency transport times can be seen not only due to snowfall but also due to the type of accident.
