Our research and development department is working to develop data-driven development personnel using JMP, aiming to improve research and development efficiency through data-based decision-making. As part of this effort, we are conducting company-wide training and operating an in-house system to certify personnel with certain statistical analysis skills. In this presentation, we will introduce statistical analysis education activities conducted at product development sites in line with these educational curricula, with the aim of developing data-driven development personnel. In order to spread new measures while continuing traditional product development work, it is necessary to carry out effective and efficient educational activities. We will report on the content of measures tailored to each engineer's motivation and statistical skills, as well as the effectiveness of these educational activities.
