Since our founding, we have supported our client companies in developing transformation talent by assisting them in implementing various training and practical activity programs for transformation. In particular, regarding the improvement of problem-solving capabilities, we have supported the implementation of practical training based on Six Sigma, a global standard. Six Sigma is a data-driven, project-based problem-solving methodology that makes extensive use of graph analysis, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.
Six Sigma aims to optimize the transfer function Y=f(X) and improve process capabilities, and JMP is highly compatible with this goal due to its menu structure. Its intuitive operation makes it easy to recommend to training participants. At our company, we use Catapult exercises for practical learning of experimental design methods. Starting with gauge R&R, we conduct current process capability analysis, screening experiments, and full-scale experiments to determine the optimal solution, and then analyze the process capability after redesign. Recently, there are many cases where DX promotion is being advanced using this method, and the importance of data science is increasing. In the future, we would like to continue working to cultivate transformational talent with high data literacy who can lead cross-organizational projects.
