This is a fantastic opportunity to deepen our understanding of diversity and inclusion and learn practical skills that will benefit our work every day.
During the session, we will explore:
- Factors that disrupt effective work environments
- Communication strategies for more productive engagement
- Elements of inclusion in both US and international contexts
- Practical questions to guide inclusive interactions
The session will conclude with an opportunity for action planning, allowing us to consider future inclusion strategies for JMP. The overall goal is to equip all of us with the skills to better engage with colleagues across differences, leading to healthier teams and more productive work interactions.
