Graphs in the margins of a scatter plot

It may be interesting in a scatter plot to add a box plot or histogram for each of the two variables and in the margins.

I haven't found it, is it possible?

In graph builder you can do it with some workarounds and you can already do it in Fit y by x (Bivariate) by enabling Histogram Borders

There might also be some wish list items regarding this but I'm not 100% sure about that

And this is what you can do in Graph Builder but to my knowledge you basically have to add placeholder columns as extra x- and y-axis

Thanks, ok for the border histograms but can you give me some explanations with the graph builder
