Viva Engage is a social networking platform built right into Microsoft Teams—designed to help JMPers connect, collaborate, and share outside of work. We gave the platform a test drive during JMP Reunion, and it was a big hit! Now, we're excited to launch two brand-new communities:
These spaces are perfect for sharing tips, asking questions, and posting adorable pictures of your furry friends or beautiful gardens. You don't need a dog or a green thumb to join - just bring your curiosity!
Want to start your own Viva Engage community?
Viva Engage isn't just for work - it's also a fun way to connect over hobbies and interests with fellow JMPers.
Anyone at JMP can start a Viva Engage community. When you create a community, however, you automatically become its community administrator.
Here's how to get started:

In the Viva Engage app in Microsoft Teams, click “Create new” and choose “Community.”

In the Topic name, start with the word "JMP" (e.g., JMP Fantasy Football) so we can easily find JMP-specific groups.

In Edit settings, set the community to Private so we can limit the group to only JMP employees.

As the creator, you’ll be the admin—which means you’ll get notifications when someone wants to join. Please approve only JMP employees.
