Does anyone have some case studies about agricultural information analyticsA customer from Agruculture Information Institute of CAAS (Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences) have asked us to give them a presentation about how stistical analysis can be applied in agricultural information field.
The agrucultural information are mainly collected from agricultural production, agricultural products circulation and consumption. As far as I known, they are interested in data visualization,agriculatual evaluation, forecasting, early warning and outlook based on the information they have, which is kind of a macro level analysis.
We are preparing the materials for them now, and would much appreciate if you can share with us some related case studies.

Most of the audience are from agricultural information institutes, they focus more on early warning of agricultural economy and agricultural forecasting. We talked to them yesterday and narrowed the scope of our topic to forecasting based methods introduction and application. Will pick some proper cases from our Technical Refarence Library.
