Hi Robert,
Had the same problem this week. There is a tech support track: JMP - Embedding a Flash (.swf) file into PowerPoint no longer works.
It may be due to the most recent version of Flash (v14) not being compatible with JMP 11 Flash output.

I have seen the same problem with my old Flash objects. It started about two weeks ago for me. I am very interested in the solution.

Subject: Embedded Flash objects in PowerPoint not working
I have created PowerPoint slides in the past with JMP embedded Flash objects and they worked fine for me and for people I emailed them to. However these old PowerPoint slides with embedded Flash objects no longer work. When I try to create new PowerPoint slides with embedded Flash objects, they don't work either.
I seems like the Flash objects are now being blocked or removed in some way. My PowerPoint Trust Centre Settings all look fine. Has anyone else got this problem? What could be blocking or stripping out the Flash objects?
Regards,
Robert
