JMP does not typically review customer NDA requests.
If a customer is on a SAS or JMP UTOF: JMP cannot make any changes with respect to the SAS or JMP UTOF as there is already a confidentiality provision included.
If a customer is on a SAS MLA/Supp: If the current SAS MLA/Supp does not include a confidentiality provision, JMP Legal may determine whether it is appropriate to extend the customer’s current NDA (if applicable) or sign a JMP NDA until the MLA/Supp contract end date (as the NDA will be superseded and replaced by a JMP UTOF as of the customer’s anniversary date).
