Why is this important?
Outdated reference information can lead to unreliable search results.
When search results are perceived as untrustworthy, users often revert to less efficient, older methods, such as Confluence, Excel, or even personal notes. Having someone close to the account regularly update this information is far more effective than sporadic searches by other team members. Our goal is to ensure that all reference information is current and accurate.

Here's how you can help (and win prizes!)
We're excited to announce a sales competition focused on updating existing reference profiles in ReferenceEdge using PUM. This competition begins on Monday, June 30, and will run for three weeks, concluding on Monday, July 18.
If you participated in last year’s Reference Profile Creation competition, this is the next phase. The process should take only about 15-20 minutes to complete.
Sales teams will be working together to earn as many points (update as many profiles) as possible. Each program member account has a Reference Profile record. Only updates by the owner are tracked. Owners can review, update, and even remove an account in the program.
To add an exciting incentive, each region (US, EMEA, APAC) will have one winning team. Every member of the winning team will be awarded a JMP-branded backpack from Cotopaxi!
