To find the optimal blending ratios, please refer to the attached files.

The control charts and process capabilities show that there is large variability in test properties before blending, so I really reccommend you launch a project to lower the variability systematically. Then you are able to mix different batches with more flexibility and make sure they always meet the spec limits.
