Has anyone tried to do something like this? I have had no success and assume there are some internals that keep the intervals from being displayed.
Hi @DonMcCormack,
Requires a 'Use SE Formula( 1 )' line that's hidden deep in the Scripting Index...
prof= Profiler(Y(predCol,seCol), Use SE Formula( 1 ); );
Cheers,
Ben
Yeah looks like CI/PI columns are intentionally blocked from the profiler but I tried copying the interval formula into a new column and the profiler works from that new column. Seems like this behavior is controlled by the Confidence Limit property. Removing that property allows for those intervals to be used in the custom profiler.
Thanks Mark,
The issue I'm running into is that I'm generating predicted values and standard errors using Nonlinear. If the columns are renamed Predicted colName and SEPred colName, I can use them in the Profiler although I haven't figured out how to keep the alert message from showing when it's run via JSL. I was hoping to be able to get one-sided limits and a work around for the naming convention.
