It is known that data is correlated in individuals and clusters if data is measured on a time by individual basis or as a cluster. When analyzing ignoring this correlation, the error is underestimated and a reasonable result can not be obtained.A standard model for such data is a mixed effects model and is available in JMP Pro.The mixed effects model is a general-purpose model, and it is necessary to properly specify the model depending on how the data was measured and what kind of effect it is desired to estimate.
In this presentation, we will explain the analysis method by JMP Pro for some typical data and also describe the difference from SIX MIXED procedure.
