In recent years, online surveys utilizing a simple questionnaire creation tool are thriving. These tools can create questionnaires by intuitive operation and also have a convenient function to display simple summary graphs in real time from answer data. However, based on the survey results, it is desirable to conduct a more polite analysis in order to make some plan such as suggestions and improvements.
In this presentation, we propose the direction of proposal by combining the partition analysis that finds meaningful stratification from survey data using JMP 12 (SAS Institute Inc., Cary, NC, USA) and basic multivariate analysis We introduce analytical examples of selective multi-group principal component regression analysis that can derive. The contribution rate of the model is improved by meaningful stratification, and by using JMP excellent in visualization function, the direction of the proposal can be visually confirmed.
In addition, in order to make a more specific plan, a questionnaire experiment is conducted based on the above analysis result. In the analysis of the questionnaire experiment, it is possible to examine measures to maximize satisfaction by using the satisfaction function. At the time of presentation, we apply cases of smartphone satisfaction survey to this series of methodologies and explain while actually manipulating JMP.
