If a work error occurs at the manufacturing site, it may be caused by insufficient confirmation of workers or carelessness. In fact, however, many organizational factors, such as a defect in the work standard itself, inadequate work education, inadequacies in change management of work standards, work environments where operators are less likely to transmit discomfort and awareness about work procedures, There are things that are hiding behind.
In this report, we propose a mechanism to visualize the organizational factors that cause mistakes by multifaceted statistical analysis of questionnaire results, and to clarify management tasks. In the questionnaire survey, we prepare 5 stages of choice, which is largely contradictory to nine questions related to work standards, work education, change management, dissemination of awareness, and so on - not to say at all.In the analysis of responses, we visualize the characteristics of the response distribution with mosaic diagrams and make differences in responses based on organization, position, employee classification, and years of experience with Pearson's chi-square test, Turkey-Kramer's HSD test,Based on the results of the analysis, discuss with the management supervisor on problems, problems and solutions. After implementing countermeasures by management, conduct the second questionnaire survey, measure the effect of countermeasures by judging the change from the first time in whole and stratum, and promote new improvement actions.
