Welcome to summer!
As we embrace the warmth and vibrancy of the season, we're excited to introduce a new feature in My JMP that will enhance the way administrators manage their assignments. This feature enables administrators to easily request updates to their administrator assignments, whether that involves adding new administrators or replacing existing ones.
We encourage all administrators to take advantage of this new capability by submitting their requests directly.
So, as you enjoy the sunny days ahead, remember to read the updates below to get the latest from JMP User Enablement!
Technical Support
- Authorization continues to be the highest volume topic of cases. Edging out for the lead in questions for May are users who are trying to authorize the software but do not have authorization for the email address used.
