Student Edition subscription renewal information

Student Subscriptions additional information article

Renewal:

• 30 days prior to renewal, users are notified within JMP Student Edition 
• User can request access to JMP Student Edition 30 days prior to their current expiration.
• The additional 12 month license will be added to the end of the current subscription expiration.

Once academic status is verified for another year:

• Expiration date is updated for the software and at My JMP

Authentication

1. The JMP.com/student page will be updated to redirect interested parties to my.jmp.com/s/jmp-student-edition.
2.  After creating an account or logging in, My JMP redirects the user to the/jmp-student-edition page.
3.  On this page, the user can request access, or if they already have access will, be redirected to download the software.

Examples:

No Student Edition Authorizations, Expired and About to Expire 

 

No Student Edition Authorization

• User prompted to complete form.

Note: the address is pre-populated based on data known for current Contact.

Expired Student Edition Authorization 

• If the user has an expired Student Edition authorization, they will see the message below.
  • "Your previous authorization has expired. Please register again to access JMP Student Edition."

Upcoming Expiration Student Edition Authorization 

• If the user has an upcoming expiration (set to expire in the next 30 days) they will see the message below.
  • "Your Student Authorization expires soon. Expiration date DDMMMYYY. Re-register to extend your end date."
