What inspired this Wish List Request? First Solar needs to be able to view many processes (time series) in Graph Builder in JMP Live. They would like to provide the report viewer in JMP Live to scan through many processes using the "Levels in View arrow" that works in JMP. I am attaching a couple videos showing this. Using the Group Y or Group X drop zones for a categorical variable and setting Levels in View to something smaller than the # of distinct categories, creates an arrow that you can use to scan through the graphs.
Please describe the new or improved feature or solution you would like to see. The ability to scan through many measurements with ease of use. The column switcher and local data filter are located separate from the graph, whereas the triangle for "levels in view" is in the graph itself which makes for a better user experience.
What would the value be to you and/or other users if this new feature is provided? Improved user experience in JMP Live (ease and time). I think this would be valuable for many customers who want to provide the end users the ability to look at many metrics in a single report window easily.
