Data Import Error in JMP Software

Hello everyone! We are using JMP Clinical software for our dental clinic. But Yesterday, when I tried to Import my patient's records from the EHR system to JMP software. I encountered an error:
Unsupported file format or improperly structured data. Import failed.
Now, I am unable to import data. I tried multiple times. But the same error appears. What should I do now?
