We are excited to announce that JMP Accounts Receivable (AR), JMP Due Diligence Questionnaire (DDQ), and JMP Security (Security) are moving away from ServiceNow and email-only and into Salesforce Case Management for all requests. The go-live date is Wednesday, April 23.
Why are we making this change?
This move is part of our ongoing effort to streamline our systems into a JMP-specific ecosystem and improve efficiency. By consolidating our processes within Salesforce, we aim to:
- Provide a more integrated and user-friendly experience
- Improve overall turnaround time for all requests
- Streamline JMP internal case communications
- Enhance tracking and reporting capabilities
What is changing?
Currently, DDQ and Security requests are submitted through the ServiceNow platform and via email to the AR email address. Moving forward:
- For DDQ, requests are submitted directly within Salesforce, using the Case Management function.
- For Security, you will email security@jmp.com, and a case will be generated through the Case Management function. You can also submit these requests directly within Salesforce, using the Case Management function.
- For AR, you will continue to email accountsreceivable@jmp.com, and a case will be generated through the Case Management function. If necessary, you can use the Case Management function, but preference is via Email-to-Case
How do I submit the cases?
There are some slight modifications to your process. Please see the attached document at the top right of this article with basic instructions on how to create a case for each group.
We understand that transitioning to a new system can require some adjustment, but we are hopeful this will be a smooth, easy process for you.
