Strange Behavior with Excel Files

I am seeing strange behavior with Excel files with JMP 13 Pro and wondering if anyone has seen these behaviors as well.

When using the JMP add-in tools I get everything set up and press the data table icon only to get the error shown below;

When using the Excel Import Wizard the preview shows only a few columns out of what may be several hundred and that is all that will be opened when completing the import.

This happened yesterday in front of a customer and the only way to get the full Excel table into JMP was to copy and paste into a new JMP table.

If you have seen anything like this and have a fix please respond to this post.
