After an impressive 11-year tenure at JMP, Senior Inside Sales Account Representative Wendy Cottle (@wendy0854) has announced her well-deserved retirement. Wendy joined JMP in 2014, bringing with her a wealth of experience following a remarkable 29-year career at SAS. Her combined 40 years of dedicated service is a testament to her commitment and hard work.
"I am so grateful for Wendy's dedication and loyalty to JMP," CEO Jon Weisz (@Jon_Weisz) said. "During her tenure with JMP, Wendy has helped us grow from a small division of SAS to a thriving company. We will all miss her and wish her the best in retirement."
JMP colleagues gathered to celebrate Wendy's contributions and wish her well in her next chapter. A slideshow highlighted some cherished memories from her time at JMP, including photos from a mid-year sales team event in Maine, complete with lobster dinners and team-building activities. Wendy’s passion for giving back was also showcased through pictures from various volunteer efforts, including a book drive and a clothing donation project.

Inside Sales Manager Lauren Buck (@lauren_buck), who has worked with Wendy for several years, shared some heartfelt words. She emphasized Wendy’s reliability, direct and honest communication style, and willingness to help with any task. Lauren noted Wendy's diverse roles at JMP, from selling shrink-wrap licenses to serving as an Inside Sales Account Representative and, most recently, as an overlay. She specifically thanked Wendy for her invaluable contributions to the East transition UTOF project.
“We are sad to see Wendy go, but also happy for her as she embarks on her retirement,” she said. “We wish her a future filled with travel and relaxation, and plenty of glasses of wine to celebrate this new chapter.”
JMP will undoubtedly miss Wendy's presence, but her hard work, dedication, and community spirit legacy will long be remembered. We join her colleagues in wishing Wendy a happy and fulfilling retirement. Wendy's last day is April 30. Share your well-wishes in the comments below!
