Business Operations Director Carol Gretz (@CJG) recently celebrated a major milestone: her 30th anniversary at JMP!
For three decades, Carol has been a pillar in the SAS and JMP organizations, shaping and guiding our business with dedication and expertise. Carol is not just a leader; she's a mentor, a problem-solver, and a friend to many here at JMP.
Carol's journey at JMP is a testament to her adaptability and commitment. Senior Account Executive Bonnie Rigo (@bonster), who has worked alongside Carol for 27 years, eloquently puts it, "Over the decades, I've witnessed her role evolve and flourish, transforming Business Operations into the outstanding organization it is today.”

As we all have seen, the recent transition to JMP systems has been particularly demanding, and Carol's dedication has shone brightly. "We were often working around the clock to ensure success,” Inside Sales Director Lori Casto (@lori_casto) said. “There were times when I would have emails from her at 2:00 in the morning. Carol’s unwavering commitment has been crucial in navigating the complexities of change.”

Her background as a former SE with SAS and her SAS programming skills give her a unique and valuable perspective. Senior Sales Manager Dara Hammond (@dara_hammond) has leaned on Carol’s expertise many times to brainstorm and coordinate on plans that work for both the customer and JMP. “Carol is an invaluable resource in my world," Dara said.
