Willem Clow was born in Reading and now calls Brighton home. He holds a Master of Science in Management from Nova School of Business and Economics in Lisbon. His career began in the UK Royal Marines Commandos before he transitioned into the business world, where he developed a passion for entrepreneurship and sales.
Before joining JMP, Willem worked as a Business Development Representative at Meltwater, a company specializing in media monitoring, social listening, and influencer marketing. There, he focused on identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within their enterprise segment.
Outside of work, Willem enjoys staying active—whether it’s going outdoors, boxing, or setting himself new physical challenges. Last year, he completed an Ironman, and he’s currently training for his first boxing match. He also loves cooking, practicing mindfulness, and exploring different cultures. Having lived in Portugal and the United States, he’s always keen to learn something new—right now, he’s picking up Catalan!
