The JMP 18 Add-In for JMP was initially coded to look at the expiration date and not the termination date.
As such, the customer will get a 'license has expired' message.
The work around is to use the Excel Import Wizard as the JMP software will still work during the grace period.
This is expected to be fixed in JMP 19.0
