Spring is here, and with it comes a bunch of exciting updates and events for our JMP users!
First off, we’ve received some fantastic feedback from our customers at Discovery Europe. We're also thrilled to continue supporting the recent release of version 18.2, and we have a new team member joining us on April 1—so stay tuned for that!
Throughout the year, we have plenty of user group meetings lined up, including both in-person and virtual events, along with hands-on workshops and webinars.
Don’t forget to keep an eye on the JMP Newswire to stay in the loop, and if you’re interested, we’d love for you to participate in the call for content for Discovery Summit 2025. Submissions are open until April 22!
Technical Support
Tech Support is fielding questions related to the recent release of 18.2. This new release is available for all authorized JMP users and administrators in My JMP.
Customer Engagement
- JET handled large volumes of RPS Blocks, licensing/contracts-related inquiries around software admin change, and renewal/expiration questions.
- Preparing for new hire Sage, who starts on April 1. Sage is based in Singapore and will expand our Engagement coverage to Asia. Look for her at Reunion!
- Discussion around consolidating additional emails to come to JET. There are a number of public-facing email addresses that are being handled inconsistently. We’ll be working on bringing those into our case management system in Salesforce and improving the service we provide.
