"Factfulness" is the habit of overcoming preconceptions and looking at the world correctly based on data. It is still fresh in our memory that the book of the same name, which advocated this, became a bestseller. This book uses data to clearly explain why we make erroneous assumptions about the world's population, education, poverty, and other issues. The authors of the book established a foundation called Gapminder, which makes a lot of data on world statistics available free of charge. Using this data and various graphing and analysis functions of JMP, I will try to put my own version of factfulness into practice. In addition to the results of this poster presentation, the results of effectively using the "Dynamic Bubble Plot" developed by the Gapminder project will be published on JMP Public ( http://public.jmp.com ).
