Graph Builder Duration Axis sub second increments

Is there a way to get increments of less than a second to display on the Graph Builder axis? I'm just trying to do this interactively.

 

I have the column set as a duration, i.e. numeric, continuous, hr:m:s, width 12, dec 2. This displays the duration up to the hundredth of a second in the column in the data table. On the graph, I'm not able to get increments finer than 1 second. I can put 9 ticks between second tics, but it looks funny when I'm plotting a duration of < 1 second.

In the second script on the attached data table I modified the x-axis by changing the format to "best" and the tick/bin increment to 0.1.
