Hello, I am analyzing a DOE with a random effect (a split plot actually). The requirements of chapter3-lack of fit to get lack-of-fit report are satisfied, but lack-of-fit is gray (fit model -> least squares -> REML). After some trials, it looks to me like a systematic behavior with random effects. Is this test not implemented in presence of random effects?
