On the job...
Agathe is based in London and is vital to supporting our premier customers across EMEA and Asia-Pacific. "I joined JMP in 2019 as an Inside Sales Representative for the French team and three years later, in 2022, I transitioned into the Global Premier team.”
A typical day for Agathe requires ‘travel’ around the world. “My mornings start early with users and colleagues in Asia-Pacific. As the day progresses, I focus on India and Europe before wrapping up in the afternoon with our Premier team and other US-based teams and customers."
Agathe's focus is on ensuring Premier customers fully realize the value of JMP. "In 2025, most of our Premier accounts have an Enterprise license and our role is to identify key influencers across regions, make sure we meet their different needs, maintain their passion for JMP and, most importantly, ensure that decision makers fully understand the value of our software, to secure large Premier renewals."
Her background is diverse and insightful. "Before JMP, I spent several years in the packaging industry, selling to various sectors across France and Europe," Agathe said. "From corrugated packaging to adhesive labels for pharmaceuticals and PET preforms for multinationals, I gained a deep understanding of industry challenges, as packaging is an integral part of these companies' production processes."
Her transition to software was driven by a genuine interest in technology. "I've always been interested in software and tools that make life easier," she said. "When I was looking for new opportunities in London, I quickly realized London was a gateway to Europe for software companies. JMP felt like a natural fit. I applied, and once I started the hiring process, I was hooked!"
One of the most rewarding aspects of her role is fostering customer advocacy. "I encourage customers to present at Discovery Summit and love to hear firsthand how JMP has helped them solve problems and improve processes," Agathe said. "Building relationships with our customers is the best part of the job, and what I love most about JMP is the strong support we receive from different teams."
When it comes to representing JMP’s brand, Agathe resonates most with the Interactive pillar. "Our users love JMP’s interactivity, and I love engaging with them and hearing their experiences," she said. "Helpful & Trusted are close behind. The resources we can offer to our accounts are invaluable for both selling and retention. And trust is key: our software, combined with the expertise of our Systems Engineers, ensures our customers feel supported every step of the way."

Outside of work, Agathe's focus is on family and staying active. "I spend a lot of time with my family," she shared. "I have three children (18, 15, and 11), who keep me busy! I enjoy sports, and after a long day, you'll usually find me at the gym for a spin class, out for a ride, playing tennis, or, if the weather allows, unwinding with a glass of wine by the river."
A fun fact about Agathe: some of her family are in the Champagne business. "I actually have Champagne bottles with my name on them!” she revealed.
Agathe's dedication to her customers and her passion for building strong relationships make her an invaluable asset to JMP. We're grateful to have her on our team!
