On the job...
Christine thrives in the dynamic environment of technical support and engagement. "No two days are the same – that is one of the things I love most about my job," she said. "Each day brings something new, making it exciting. There’s always a nice challenge to tackle."
Her extensive tenure with SAS, and now JMP, has provided her with a diverse skill set. "I’ve been at the company for many years and have had various roles within our Publications, Marketing, and testing departments," Christine said. "Bringing all of these together in my role in the JMP Engagement Center allows me to utilize the skills I’ve gathered over time."
Among her favorite projects at JMP, Christine highlights her role in building the Engagement group. "I love being one of the pioneers in the Engagement group and having the opportunity to help lead it and watch it grow," she said. "We started small, and we are now a strong but mighty team of five."
For those starting in her field, Christine offers practical advice: "Expect the unexpected and be open to change,” she said. “Every day is a new day to grow and learn something new."
When it comes to the JMP Brand Pillars, Christine embodies the spirit of approachability. "I aim to be approachable to both internal and external audiences, and I genuinely enjoy helping people solve their problems," she said. "I’m here and happy to help wherever I can. Just reach out to me and let me know what I can do for you."

Outside of work, Christine's passions center around family, sports, and creative pursuits. She’s a Carolina Hurricanes hockey fan and enjoys cycling, baking, and traveling.
Christine is also deeply committed to volunteerism. For over a decade, she has offered her time as a puppy sitter for Guiding Eyes for the Blind. This involves caring for and supporting the training of young dogs destined to become guide dogs, providing a crucial service when their primary raisers are unavailable. Christine's involvement helps these puppies learn essential skills, ultimately making a life-changing impact for individuals with visual impairments.
Christine's dedication to providing excellent support and her approachable nature make her an asset to the JMP team. We're grateful to have her!
