Do your family members know what you do all day? Do you know how they would describe your job?
Well, we have an easy job for you. It’s to ask somebody in your family to explain what you do for work. Ask a child, a parent, a spouse, a friend, anybody you want.
Don’t coach them before asking the question. We’re looking for creative answers, colorful answers, any answers. In other words, there are no wrong answers.
We'll use your videos for a fun compilation at JMP Reunion, which is just over a week away. So please record videos and send them as soon as possible - the deadline is now Monday, March 31!
Here's how to capture the best video:
Turn your phone horizontally before recording. Record the answer on your phone and share it via email directly from your phone for the best video quality. Send it toJMP's social media manager Sarah Cromer (@SarahCromer) at sarah.cromer@jmp.com.
Include this with your video:
- Information about the person you asked (their name, their age [if it's a child], and their relationship to you).
- An English transcript, if your video is not in English.
- Get their permission for us to use the video at the JMP Reunion, and possibly on JMP social media channels.
