The PCB industry is between traditional industries and technology industries. Japanese companies in particular pay more attention to the performance of the three direct and three current indicators. The use of statistical tools has only been gradually introduced into the engineering management of the production chain in recent years. Data analysis is also used to analyze problems and determine the direction of countermeasures. However, statistical tools are not the only ones. They must be combined with theoretical logic and the three direct and three current indicators to make more accurate judgments.
