The need for exploratory analysis in nonclinical drug development is increasing, and the need for JMP is growing. However, not all statistical methods essential for nonclinical trials are included in JMP. To use analysis methods that are not included in JMP, there are two methods: 1) Using the JMP scripting language 2) Executing code in other languages such as R from JMP. In this presentation, we will introduce an example of implementing an add-in that utilizes the above two points to use "multiple variable block allocation" and "nonparametric Dunnett's multiple comparison (joint ranking method)", which are not included in JMP, with mouse operations similar to those of existing methods. "Multiple variable block allocation" was created using only JSL. For "nonparametric Dunnett's multiple comparison (joint ranking method)", functions that return the p-value and quantile of Dunnett's multiple comparison test exist in JSL, but only for two-sided tests. Therefore, we implemented an add-in that uses JSL functions for two-sided tests and creates one-sided tests in R.
