Changing a drawn circle dynamically?

I have created a bubble plot of a product characteristic where the product is circular.  I have drawn a circle of specified radius on the plot.  However, for different products the product diameter changes.  I'm using the local data filter within the bubble plot to select different product types.  Is there a way that when I choose a product type via the local data filter that I can also send a command to draw the circle to correspond the correct diameter of that product?

The data filter has message for "Get where clause" and "Get filtered rows" that you could check from within your graphics script to see what's filtered.
