Hey Team,
I just wanted to take a moment to share some exciting updates from User Enablement this year! We've seen tremendous success with our Hands-on Workshops in the US, with attendance numbers soaring beyond our expectations. It's fantastic to see so many users engaging and getting the most out of these sessions.
As we look ahead, I'm looking forward to the Discovery Summit in Europe. It's going to be a great opportunity for us to showcase our work and connect with even more users. I'm incredibly proud of the efforts our team has put in to making this happen, and I'm thrilled that we can help lighten the load for our sales teams.

Technical Support:
- As a result of discussions in the User Enablement Planning sessions, we have begun using Microsoft Bookings to schedule time with customers for screen sharing sessions on an as-needed basis. This will reduce delays caused previously by back-and-forth communications to coordinate schedules.

- Worked with Cloud Giants to create a new form for RPS Blocks. The new JMP site was migrated on Feb. 25.
- Hiring Update - Extended offer for AP JET position that was accepted. The candidate speaks Japanese, Chinese, English, and Korean.

We have added two new videos at community.jmp.com/python, on “Creating a Pandas DataFrame from a JMP Data Table” and “Executing JSL Code from Python.” These follow the existing videos on “What Does Python Integration Mean in JMP?,” “How Has Python Integration Evolved in JMP 18?,” “Working with JMP Data Tables Using Python,” and “Using External Python Packages Inside JMP.” An FAQ and links to helpful resources are also provided at this JMP-Python Integration Hub.

More than 26,000 students and faculty have downloaded JMP Student Edition YTD without a significant increase in user support. The new MyJMP direct system and SSO verification look to be performing well.
New Case Study, Variation in Semiconductor Etching Process (#064) is available in the case study library at jmp.com/cases.
Will exhibit and conduct a JMP Pro workshop at INFORMS Analytics conference Indianapolis April 6-8 just prior to Reunion. INFORMS is focused on advanced analytics and attended by both academic and commercial leaders.
