What inspired this Wish List Request? This was inspired by the new layout functions in the Journal. One layout is the tab page that unfortunately does not result in a tab layout. Intel was asking how to enable this layout display.

1. Write a script as you would do a report with Tab structured layout

tab page box(Title("Example 1"),panel box("Example 1")),

2. Run the script in JMP
3. Save the report as a journal file (*.jrn)
4. Open the Journal in JMP
The Journal file is editable just as a normal Journal. That’s it.
It would be nice to have this option integrated as a journal display option.
What would the value be to you and/or other users if this new feature is provided? Much easier way to navigate in different sections in the Journal file, if the journal file can be very long.
Is this an external customer request? Yes, initially Intel. Now SEs are using this layout.
Is there a competitive software package that has this feature or solution that we should be aware of?

Will this impact a renewal, expansion, or adoption at a customer, and does this put an account at risk if we do not address this?
