The Finance Team is thrilled to announce the roadmap that we will follow to implement Procurement functionality within the JMP organization.
The transition will be in phases. This strategy allows us to devote the appropriate amount of time needed, given our current resources. We completed the first phase in 2H 2024 where we transitioned larger, more critical technology contracts and key revenue-facing contracts.
We are currently in Phase 2, working toward implementing a new technology tool that will give us control, visibility, and automation over the intake process for all expenditure requests. We have selected a vendor and expect to have the tool rolled out by Q2 2025. We are also targeting Marketing contracts, including ones for Discovery Summit conferences and the Elite program.
Below is a high-level depiction of the roadmap that takes us through the end of 2025. The goal is to have the vast majority of JMP expenditure contracts flowing through JMP Procurement and JMP First systems by then.
