It seems that for some reason JMP could not be uninstalled properly, and the only thing that remains is the information that JMP is currently installed on your system.
Please try reinstalling it using the steps below.
- In Explorer, delete a specific folder in the "C:¥Program Files¥InstallShield Installation Information" folder.

If you cannot find the folder due to the Explorer view settings, select [Tools] > [Folder Options] from the Explorer menu bar, click the [View] tab in the dialog box that appears, and then select [ Show hidden files and folders] under [Hidden files and folders] .
The InstallShield Installation Information folder is a hidden folder, so if the above option is not enabled, you will not see it when you search for it.
