When you move the mouse cursor over a plot point on the graph, the corresponding row number is displayed by default, but you can display the values of that column as labels by selecting a column in the data table and clicking Column > With Label/Without Label on the menu bar.
Furthermore, by selecting any row and clicking [With/Without Label] from [Row] on the menu bar, the column values of the specified row will always be displayed on the graph as labels.
