In JMP, there is an option to calculate odds ratios and risk ratios under "Bivariate Relationships."
In addition, logistic regression can be used to calculate odds ratios including adjustment factors, and the proportional hazards model can be used to calculate hazard ratios (risk ratios) that take into account censoring and adjustment factors.
Below are reference materials for this method and the JMP data files used as examples in the materials. (Note: The materials and data files can be obtained from the "Attachments" on the right .)
