Subset a data table based on column values

The Data Filter feature (Rows → Data Filter) makes it relatively easy to create subsets.
Data filters allow you to intuitively set row attributes such as selecting, hiding, or excluding data using the mouse.

If you want to create a subset based on the filtered criteria, select View Subset from the red triangle in the upper left corner of the data filter.

Or you can use a Where condition:

1. Select the columns you want to include in the new data table by highlighting the column name. By default, all columns are sent to the new data table.
2. On the menu bar, select ``Select Rows'' under ``Rows'' and then ``Select Using Where Condition.''
3. Select a column and a comparison condition, then enter the value you want to search for in the field to the right.
4. Click OK. The rows in the data table are selected based on the criteria you set.
5. Next, select "Subset" from "Table" on the menu bar.
6. If you want only the columns you selected to be included in the new data table, choose the Selected Columns option.
7. Click OK.
