In a data table, you can search for and replace any value by selecting Edit > Find > Find.

You can also replace values by selecting a column and going to Cols > Recode.

You can also recode multiple columns at once.
In this case, select multiple columns in the data table, launch Batch Column Attributes, and then click Recode.
