JMP's survival analysis (log-rank test, Wilcoxon test) does not have the functionality to perform multiple comparisons by group.
You will need to do this yourself using methods such as Bonferroni's method or Holm's method.
Although JMP does not provide an automatic method for Bonferroni and Holm's methods, they can be easily performed using the Local Data Filter function.
