Two-way and multi-way ANOVAs can be performed from the Fit Model menu.
- From the menu, select Analyze → Fit Model.
- Define the factors (and interactions, if necessary) that make up the effects of the model (factors must be nominal).
- Specify the response as Y (the response must be continuous).
- Click Run.
The resulting report will display statistics and graphs. To determine whether a specified factor is significant, click the blue triangle to the left of "Effect Test" in the report to display the F-value and p-value.

To set up an interaction, select multiple columns in the column selection list on the Model Specification screen and click the Intersection button.
