This guide uses the term JMP to refer to JMP, JMP Pro, JMP Live, and JMP Clinical.
Starting with JMP 18, users must be authorized to use JMP. (Note: "Authorization" means that a software administrator must pre-register the user's email address in My JMP.)
Administrators manage the list of approved users by their email address in My JMP .
- Sign in to My JMP.
- Click Manage Software .

- Find your JMP product under Current Software and click Manage to the right of it.

The following screen will appear, where you can manage user authorizations: It will show you a list of currently authorized users, the number of contracted users, and the number of users already authorized.
