Select Help → Search JMP from the menu bar to open the index window (note that Help → Statistics Index was a menu item available up until JMP 17).
Enter the statistical method you want to run in the text field and select a search result. A description of the method and where it will be executed in JMP will appear on the right side of the window. Clicking Run will open a window to run the method in JMP. (If a data table is not open, a window to open the data table will appear.)
Scroll down and select "Search JMP Help" from the search results, then click "Go" to display a window for searching JMP Help.
The JMP User Community and Script Index are similarly searchable.
