Using JMP to Optimize Agricultural Production

I saw online the following info for a session that covered the topic "Using JMP to Optimize Agricultural Production". It was posted by HydeMiller
(Staff person) on Aug 26, 2020.

There was a link to watch a video recording of this event, which didn't point to a recording. Does anyone know where I could find this recording, or any similar webinar?

Thanks,

Christos

JMP has many capabilities to analyze and improve results in agricultural production. On 8/19/20, there was an introductory session that covered the basics including getting data into JMP, performing visual and exploratory data analysis, building models and predicting results. Designing experiments in JMP, including split plot designs, was also discussed along with how to analyze these experiments using mixed models. Analysis techniques for survival data was also discussed.

Hi @ChrisRegenAg ,

I don't think that video is available anymore, but in the meanwhile here are some links that cover the topics that are discussed in the agenda, I hope they can help:

- Split Plot Designs - famously created for agricultural production, these designs are beneficial when you have a restriction on your resources/materials (such as only being able to perform one concentration of a nutrient in each field). This is done with the JMP Custom Design platform.

- Mixed Model analysis can be performed in the Fit Model platform of JMP, using the REML approach (in JMP standard) or Mixed Model approach in JMP Pro.

Thanks,

Ben
