Take a 30 Second Survey to Help Build a Sample Data Table for the Categorical Platform

I have created a very simplistic survey to build an example data table to use in soon to be updated (for 15) documentation of the categorical paltform. The idea was to capture different types of survey questions that one might try to analyze in the platform using questions that are very simple so that the focus can be on how to use the platform. Please take 30 seconds to fill out the survey and feel free to let your kids fill it out as well. The survey will close when we hit 100 responses.
