Unlock the advanced power of Graph Builder
Graph Builder offers a drag-and-drop interface with areas, easily selectable graph options, interactive filters, and various ways to visualize your data's basic statistics. You can change the graph type, overlay multiple graph types, display and report multiple Y variables on the same axes, manipulate the axes, and change the order of graph elements.

Re: FR Mastering JMP - Unlocking the Advanced Power of Graph BuilderQuestion : Is it possible to label points in Graph Builder?
Yes, for example, right-click on the legend, then select Label > Min Value (or Max Value, or First Value, or Last Value)
To change the size, color of labels, etc. go to Label > Label Settings
Re: FR Mastering JMP - Unlocking the Advanced Power of Graph BuilderQuestion : Is it possible in the Graph Builder tocreate vertical/horizontal reference lines at certain values?
Yes, right click on the Y axis for example, then select Reference Axis Settings > Reference Line
Re: FR Mastering JMP - Unlocking the Advanced Power of Graph BuilderQuestion : Is it possible to draw a non-symmetrical confidence interval ? For example, +3 sigmas at the top and -2 sigmas at the bottom
Yes, for example create 2 intermediate columns in the Graph Builder:
- "+3 Sigmas" (formula: :X + 3*Col Std Dev(:X))
- "-2 Sigmas" (formula: :X - 2*Col Std Dev(:X))
where X is your column of interest Y. Then drag and drop the 2 newly created columns simultaneously into the Interval field of the Graph Builder.
